Packaging

While I would like to ship my pieces using only organic materials, due to the fragile nature of ceramics, I have to use certain materials from time to time (bubble wrap) dependant on the item to ensure safe delivery. I do however mainly use a recycled paper version of bubble wrap that is more environmentally sound and a mixture of tissue paper, paper void fill and recycled enviro boxes.

Sometimes you may receive items wrapped in re-purposed materials to avoid adding unnecessary new materials to the waste cycle.

Shipping Policy  ·  I am operating on my own, so process orders once a week and aim to have items wrapped and shipped within 7 working days.

Studio Collect  ·  If you are based in Cornwall or travel to Cornwall, then I am very happy to arrange for your items to be collected from my shop in Falmouth called Studio Dor, 23 High Street, Falmouth, TR11 2AB

Please email sammarksceramics@gmail.com before purchasing just to confirm a collection date, and use the code STUDIOCOLLECT when you click through to the check out screen.

I must stress that this is a free collection service and not free delivery!

UK Mainland  ·  For UK shipments I will use Royal Mail, cost calculated based on weight of total items.

International   ·  For international deliveries, I use a variety of couriers (depending on location) with cost calculated based on weight of total items and final destination. A maximum of 15kg for most countries is applicable. Cost is calculated based on weight and size of parcel.

Unfortunately due to current problems with shipping to Europe, I have temporarily suspended European deliveries until things are more secure with the courier services.

Returns Policy  ·  If you are not happy with your item please let me know within 3 days of receiving it so that I can offer an exchange. I am unable to cover shipping costs for items returned unless they are faulty. In the unlikely event of a piece being damaged in transit please let me know within 24 hours of receiving it. Please contact me directly to arrange returns or exchanges, and I'll do everything possible to make it a simple process.
